Buyers qualify for a 120 nights trial return and refund offer for only 1 mattress per household/shipping address. If an order includes more than 1 mattress, the customer may only return 1 mattress. Moreover, after availing the 120-night trial once, the customer will not be entitled to additional 120-night trials for future orders.

To return the bedding item, no pick-up services will be offered. The customer must deliver/drop-off the bedsheet set to our designated warehouse.

For all other products, the following return policies apply.
All products are eligible for returns EXCEPT for the following purchases:
Clearance/ As-is Products/ Set offers
Customized/ made-to-order Products
Products that require on-site assembly
Products that are not in new and unopened condition
Products that have been removed from their original packaging, stained, used, washed, torn, dented, discolored, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odours
Requests for returns should be made within 100 days from the delivery date to be eligible.
The products must be in resalable condition, unused and undamaged with their original packaging fully intact. Nuloft has full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns that we deem unfit for return.

We levy a restocking fee* amounting to 18% of the price you paid for the item or a minimum fee of $40, whichever is higher. You will be refunded the below amount:
Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price – Delivery Fee – Other Fees (If any) – Restocking Fee (18% of Final Paid Price or $40, whichever is higher)
*Restocking fees are waived for mattresses and bedding products covered under our free returns policy.
While some organizations build in return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way, you are not paying for the returns and shipping costs of other people.
If you decide to return/cancel an order or an item that has been purchased with a discount code applied, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the discount code. This means that if the items returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend of the discount code, then the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. For example, a $100 discount (with a minimum threshold spend of $1000 – excluding the delivery charge) will be removed if the returned product(s) brings the total order value below $1000.
We might charge you additional fees during the return trip. The charges are listed as follow:
Staircase return fees will be applicable (same as staircase delivery fees) if your premises are inaccessible through elevator.
Return pick-up location surcharge: To return your items from select locations where we levy delivery surcharge, returns will be subject to surcharges as well.
For deliveries after 6pm, a surcharge of $40 applies.
Subject to the availability of our logistic resources, the date and time of the pickup of the item you wish to return will be allocated to you.
Our Return and Refund policy is applicable for local orders only. Products that are exported out of Singapore mainland is not applicable.
Refunds for payments made via bank transfer will be made within seven (7) working days. Customers who have paid via credit card or other modes of payment will be refunded via the original mode of payment.
Refund of payments made via PayPal will be in accordance with PayPal’s refund policy.
